Henry S.

Henry is a sports performance coach and a certified personal trainer. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong studying the Master of Science in Sports Medicine and Health Science. He is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

His approach of teaching is to design tailor-made and all-round programmes for different individual in accordance to their fitness levels and experience in sports or exercise. Highly encouraging and motivating, he would help to work on different aspects progressively in order to improve your physique, enhance sports performance and reduce the chance of injuries.

Kurt C.

Kurt is a certified personal trainer and certified TRX trainer. He is also a natural bodybuilding athlete.

Kurt was the champion in the 2021 HKNBF Men Physique Competition (Novice) and 1st runner-up in the 2021 HKNBF Men Physique Competition (Open) .

Being a professional and experienced bodybuilder, Kurt can help individual who is preparing for competition with detailed programming and nutrition guidance.

Carol W.

Carol is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher and stretching instructor. With the expectation to alleviate airway allergy and persistent cough, Carol started her fitness journey at 2012, trying different types of sports activities, like aerial yoga, Thai boxing, Pilates, marathon and martial arts. Finally she found her enthusiasm in fitness training and yoga in 2014 after experiencing the physical and mental benefits. She believes by becoming a fitness coach would be the best way to share her passion, experience and benefits of exercise to the others.

Jenny N.

Jenny, a sports enthusiast since childhood, actively participates in school athletics, hockey, and handball teams. She not only enjoys the competitions but also values the physical and mental benefits of training and exercise. Recently, she discovered her new passion for weightlifting and quickly became addicted.

Initially focused on losing fat, Jenny now realizes that fitness brings much more to her life, including physical aesthetics, improved health, personal growth, confidence, accountability, strength, and discipline.

As a certified personal trainer, Jenny aims to inspire others to incorporate fitness into their lives. She believes that through fitness, anyone can evolve into a better version of themselves.
