In our HustleSTRONG class, we will work on the fundamentals of strength training, like squats, deadlifts, and push and pull exercises.

You would train like an athlete during the class as we also have different drills each time to improve your athleticism.

HustleSTRONG is separated in upper body push and pull day and lower body day to make sure you have an all-rounded development.

Our MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) classes challenges your energy systems and strength endurance!

MetCon classes are conducted in a circuit-training format with various work-to-rest ratios. Everytime you will utilise all major muscle groups by executing different movements and exercises. Your heart rate and breathing rate will be pushed to a high level! A very satisfying sweat is guaranteed!

Only for Ladies!

HustleFIT for ladies is a female strength training class focusing on physique building. You can learn the techniques and skills of different strength training exercises to assist you to build a physique you would like to build.

Don't worry if you are a complete newbie in strength training. HustleFIT for ladies is beginner friendly!
